Description of the problem

Adding a bugreport in WorldGuard plugin does kick me back, did it 4 times now!

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

Trying to tell the makers of said plugin to update to newer version

I tried 4 times to fill in a bug report but get after all that carfully added data a simple message on top of the screen in a red-ish fashion, You can't perform that action at this time!

Trace which step produces “You can't perform that action at this time!” and document a reliable reproduction path; done means the report can be submitted or the failure has an actionable diagnosis.
