If I type 'print(' in the vanilla JS window, a print page dialogue box pops up which I am unable to dismiss

Description of the problem

In index.js, from Vanilla JS template, if I type in "print(" (thinking in Python!), a print page dialogue box pops up which I am unable to dismiss.

How has this issue affected you? What are you trying to accomplish?

When I close the page, some recent code lost.

To Reproduce

function getAnswer (num) {
//type the word print and open parenthesis:
print(
return num*22;
}

let answer = getAnswer(42);

document.getElementById("app").innerHTML = answer;

Your Environment

Start with index.js in the Vanilla JS template and reproduce the issue using the linked Sample Sandbox in the reported Chrome and macOS environment. Trace what happens when print( is entered; done means the dialog no longer appears unexpectedly or becomes impossible to dismiss, without losing recent code.
