Can RARELY get this app to function

Description of the problem

I can get my sandbox to load maybe once a day. If I refresh the page then it is completely hosed. I've tried clearing all cookies and site data and using a private browser window. I am able to get to my dashboard all the time but when I open a sandbox it just loads the site skeleton/layout but won't show files or the sandbox preview. Many menus are simply empty. Only thing I can find in the console is that a web socket failed to connect.

This just keeps repeating over and over in the console.

Your Environment

Start by reproducing the failure with the linked sandbox in Edge 95 or Firefox 94 on Windows 10, then inspect the repeated WebSocket connection error shown in the report. Done means the sandbox reliably displays its files and preview, including after refresh, without empty menus.
