Research direction
Start by reproducing the horizontal scrollbar on the Codesandbox homepage in Chrome on Windows 10, using the screenshots and reproduction steps in the issue. Inspect the homepage layout for the source of the initial overflow; done means the scrollbar no longer appears on the initial homepage view and scrolling still behaves correctly.
