Description
🌈 Feature
Currently, adding a .babelrc file is the only way for a custom babel config to be detected by CodeSandbox. The documentation on configuring Babel recommends:
We recommend using the babel.config.json format. Babel itself is using it.
It would be nice if babel.config.json was detected and used.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the code that detects and uses .babelrc files, then check how Babel configuration is resolved. Done means a babel.config.json file is detected and used, with coverage for the new configuration format.
