I think it would be a great idea if we have a section in the website, of where are our volunteers now. Like volunteer profile, and they can make set it as a public such that it will show in a section in the website.
I guess its kinda like testimonials
Possible questions they could answer:
1. What did you learn over the projects?
2. What was your overall experience to the project?
