COMMUNITIY POST
TASK: Make an incredibly simple Posting page were admin can post special information about the competition or WAJO in general.
Some of the main features that this would have for now should be:

- Ability to edit and Publish static text to the page
- Include past awards and everything to do with announcements here, make sure to take directly from the the old website
