Center table headings

## Basic Information
"Can the table headings be centrally justified and the column widths adjust to screen size - but have a maximum width where the table is then just in the centre of the webpage?" - Flynn

I'm seeking clarification on this issue:
"Should be able to do this, are you saying that the maximum width is currently too large because it should already be centered? We made the table so that on small devices you'll be able to scroll right to see the rest of the columns otherwise it would cause problems." - Chantelle

"Apparently if you zoom out, the table just gets wider and wider creating a lot of white space." - Flynn

Basically they want a maximum width (This has been done in another issue, still need headers centered)
