Description
Create a home page that the user is directed to once they have signed in.
The home page should contain a title and options to:
- Start a new registration
- Continue an existing registration
- Manage existing registrations
These can be big buttons or links, but do not need to link/redirect to anything yet.
Each should include a title and a subtitle describing more about the option.
