## Basic Information
- "Visit" nav button should be renamed "Visits" to keep pluralisation consistent with "Contacts"
- Keep margins around action buttons within expanded visit view - they're currently lost in mobile views per attached.
- After "Submit"ting an incident or pet concern, close the incident/pet concern view.
- Add visual indicator to visits that have an Incident or Pet (/Vet) Concern recorded.
- Notes view should "select distinct". If there was a change like "Incident reported", mention it in history.
