Add landing sparkles and explosions

aka landing page enhancements 2: electric boogaloo

Add some pixel sparkles (similar to what appears near the bomb) to the second landing page section. Sparkles should be added in the corners and should be pretty small and minimal. See lauren for a diagram if you need one.
Add some explosions to the last landing page section, similar to what is in the figma. It might be good to play around with some pixel art graphics instead as having non pixel art may look a bit out of place now. Whatever you do, please make sure we have the rights to use the graphic (don't make the same mistake I did o7)
