Export room sessions to csTimer

Users want to export a Let's Cube session for analysis or archiving in csTimer.

Feedback source:
- Have the ability to export a session into cstimer.
- Requests to share/generate text or images with times are related but can be handled later.

Acceptance ideas:
- Provide an export action for a room/session.
- Include times, penalties, events, scrambles if available, and timestamps if useful.
- Use a format that csTimer can import or that is easy to transform into csTimer format.
- Consider privacy for multi-user rooms.
