Feature Request: bundle `skill-authoring`/`skill-creator` skill to create, update and test/eval Agent Skill using Xum

It would be nice if `skill-authoring`/`skill-creator` skill are bundled to create, update and test/eval Agent Skill using Xum that enforce Agent Skill best practices. It's similar to `workflow-authoring` but for agent skills instead of workflow.

`skill-creator` are available but it's using Claude Code for test/eval, it's also using python for the test/eval scripts. Maybe using `.js` is worth considering since Xum workflow use `.js` already.
