adapter for qwen-code

[qwen-code](https://github.com/QwenLM/qwen-code) (the cli) offers 1000 free requests per day, which is great for e.g. students.
Before, I used qwen-code through the [opencode plugin](https://github.com/gustavodiasdev/opencode-qwencode-auth), however, I like working in mux more than in opencode.
Could you please add an adapter to qwen3-coder cli? it's open-source, so integration with it shouldn't be that difficult, i think. Just keep in mind that it uses oauth to authenticate every time.

I see that you got a bunch of agents working on the repo, so maybe one of them can pick this up and implement this? Thank you!
