Add data source for gitsshkey

I want to automate user onboarding to Git repositories by leveraging Coder and the “Open in Coder” button.

To enable users to clone private repositories in Coder workspace, their profiles on Git server must be updated with Coder's public SSH key.

So, a data source that fetches this public SSH key is required.
