flake: Test for Jupyter Lab module ("fails without installers") sometimes times out

Not sure if this is also affecting the coder/modules repo (soon to be deprecated), but one of the tests copied over sometimes doesn't complete in time.

Looking at the file, it looks like there's a few tests that have been commented out, so I wouldn't be surprised if there's something with the module that's just a little harder to test.
