Inline comment editor should not dismiss when clicking outside the markdown editor

The inline comment editor is dismissed by clicking anywhere outside of the markdown editor. Doing so also loses anything that has been written.

Clicking any of these areas dismisses it, and I don't think they should. I didn't mark it in the picture, but clicking next to "Preview" (between the tabs and the WYSIWYG controls) also dismisses it.
