Weird label applied to issue, spurious `...hyperlink-...`

The following markdown upon creating [this issue](https://github.com/coder/team-coconut/issues/13) made labeler add the following label: `project/envhyperlink-builder`.

I suspect the missing inline block end tick might have had something to do with this. The label that was added did not exist beforehand but `project/envbuilder` did.
