Workspace stuck in "Starting" state for 7+ days with no option to cancel or stop

A workspace has been stuck in the "Starting" state for more than 7 days.

As a workspace user, I do not have any option in the UI to cancel, stop, or recover the workspace while it remains in this state.

Even if the underlying provisioning issue is environment-specific, it would be helpful to provide a GUI action to cancel or force-stop a workspace that appears to be stuck during creation/startup.
