Description
Coder workspaces, even with the current prebuilds system, take ~30s to provision and become healthy. With AI, many users and agentic workflows want faster workspaces that provision and are ready within less than 2 seconds.
We should explore both:
- how to make current Coder workspaces on TF faster
- how to support sandbox providers like Daytona w/o Terraform in the loop
