Update license upgrade confirmation screen

**Status quo**
User sees confetti after upgrading to a enterprise or premium license. This looks rather cheap.

**Improvement**
- remove the confetti
- introduce a module component. Inside the module there is an animation of Blink following the design of the 6th animation from https://coder.com/brand#4-idents
- show the module component with the bg being faded after a user successfully upgraded their license
