Improve wording around template build failure

We could improve the wording of the errors when a failure happens on a manual template build as

```
Users:
...build failure on your workspace

Template Admins:
...build failure on a workspace using your template

or
...build failure on your template
```

The idea being to give more context to each group of users about what failed.
