Description
### Problem Description
JetBrains Toolbox-based remote connections are set to be released soon. While Coder currently tracks JetBrains Gateway usage, we need to implement tracking specifically for Toolbox-based remote connections to provide deployment admins with valuable insights into their adoption and usage patterns.
### Implementation Requirements
- [ ] Identify a unique method to track Toolbox-based remote connections.
- [ ] Integrate this tracking into the existing usage metrics of the IDE.
