ctrl-a is a painful leader key

I get it's the `screen` default

but `ctrl-a` is also the Emacs "start of line" key

and many shells and every MacOS text box allows for Emacs editing keys, and (for me at least) `ctrl-a` is very common

what do you think of changing it, or making it configurable ?

(I'd be happy to do a PR)
