Description
Improve the default theme template adding useful stuff such as:
1. widget areas (for example, very common in footer)
2. custom widgets that are most likely used anyway and they are not going to be removed
3. gutemberg support and a block example
4. theme settings page where user can customize variables used in templating such enable/disable such widgets areas (see point 1)
