More flexible options to run update and import

Record source work differently. You don't need to update daily because it's a record. Once it's release, it won't change.

If the software is updated, it will create a new record. We will "update" by importing to keep only the last record of a piece of software.

What it means for the code :

- [ ] Set a status is record on the source -> don't select them for the daily update
