Manually add a repo

Hello !

I've seen that we can't add a repo manually when we modify a software. It would be great if we could do that in the form. :)

I would see new entry in the form, which could be fill with wikidata informations or by the user.

And maybe, this information could be mandatory to add or modify a software ?

What do you think of it ? :)
