Improve source table (config, primary)

Some source need configuration variables. We should save it in a jsonb column in the source table.

Some sources doesn't contains enough information or there are just used to add information on a software sheet. Let's add a table 'primary' as a boolean.

These sources won't be shown as option to lookup for software packages in the form.
