Use emoticons in comment section

Check out [agar.io](http://agar.io). Sometimes communication is _better_ when it is minimal.

While our app does depend heavily on text based responses, we should consider encouraging emoticons for people to voice their opinions about various points of interest when they respond with comments.

In order to encourage participation without a difficult entry, anyone can simply submit an emoticon comment to express their interest in various things.

Only registered and "cleared" users should be able to submit text content.
