Description

OVERVIEW

This issue tracks the creation of low-fidelity wireframes in Figma to visualize the proposed UX re-design for TFA before development changes begin. Wireframes will help the team align on layout, flow, information architecture, and the relationship between AI Chat and the Letter Generator.

ACTION ITEMS

  • Draft low-fi wireframes for the key surfaces:
    • Landing page
      • Entry/intake flow (dual-path entry:Chat vs Letter)
      • Core content sections
    • Letter experience
    • Chat experience (as needed)
  • Share wireframes with the team for review and feedback.
  • Identify open questions or decisions needed before moving to high-fi design.

NOTES

  • This issue will be updated as the re-design decisions are finalised.
  • Val has free Figma account but the functionality is limited, hopefully it is enough for our purposes. Val will share the link and add relevant members as collaborator
  • We don't have anyone with expertise in Figma or UX design. Val is working through the course modules from IBM (in Coursera) and will keep the team updated, and can share the basics with others who will be involved in the creation of wireframes.
