Description
OVERVIEW
This issue addresses site-wide navigation clarity so users can reliably find core pages and needed information regardless of how they enter the product. We will standardise the header and footer structure to include expected destinations (Home, About, FAQ, Contact) and ensure privacy and disclaimer/terms are easy to access. We will also clarify the placement and labeling of Feedback so it is easy to access from multiple buttons (FAQ, footer, and/or main menu)
Scope
landing page, header/footer structure, feedback entry points
ACTION ITEMS
- Re-design the right side navigation bar into Header Navigation Bar and Bottom Navigation Bar
- Header navigation area:
- Add HOME button (not everyone knows that the logo is clickable and serves as a home button)
- Move ABOUT TFA button
- Add FAQ button
- Lower navigation area:
- Move PRIVACY POLICY
- Move DISCLAIMER (maybe re-name as "legal disclaimer" or "terms of use")
- Add CONTACT US (the FEEDBACK button is confusing, moving the pop-up form inside this button would make it more clear for users to find)
- Ensure both features (Chat and Letter) are accessible from the top menu and from the landing page (hero area)
- Potentially creating START button
- Header navigation area:
