- [ ] elevator pitch
- [ ] define skills we are looking for
- [ ] define time commitment and 'working hours'
- [ ] define ROI for investment
- [ ] try to give an idea of what the day-to-day will look like
Let's start with some questions we think these participants would want answered:
- [ ] What exactly are my responsibilities to the group I will be "facilitating/moderating?"
- [ ] What are my responsibilities to the committee?
- [ ] What do you think the total time commitment will be?
- [ ] What are expectations about when I am available and how responsive I need to be to a project team/leader?
- [ ] What are the minimum number of weeks/months that I am expected to participate?
- [ ] What if I don't want to do this any more?
- [ ] What is the benefit to me?
- [ ] What types of projects might I be helping with?
- [ ] Do I need to know a lot about software development?
- [ ] Do I need to know a lot about civics/government/etc?
