AGREE button not working correctly + how to handle in analysis

The AGREE button at the start is the survey consent. In looking at the data I realized that participants could get around it. Just now I added a condition that if AGREE is "not selected" it goes to the end page. Because people can move around amongst questions, they still might be able to work around it (unsure). But this should limit the rows that have meaningful results but no "agree".

For analysis - because online surveys assume consent by filling them out, we should analyze responses even if AGREE is not checked.
