docs/CONTRIBUTING.md L31 の「Code for Japan の Slack」へのリンク（https://cfjslackin.herokuapp.com/ ）が404を返します。Heroku上のslackinインスタンスが停止しているようで、新規コントリビューターがSlackに参加できない状態になっているようです。
現在の参加用URLなどに差し替えていただけると助かります。ご確認のほどよろしくお願いいたします。
