easy access to PROC and BEGSR

When I work under visual studio, there are list boxes at top that lists in alphabetical order the procedures, and allow to jump to them.
VSCode does not propose this kind of service;

This is not limited to IBMi

There is a workaround : in the search bar, search for dcl-proc. They appears in the code order, yes, but this allows to jump easily
