Description

**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
I've just worked through an issue where one source file's members were not listed in the Object Browser. _Eventually_ I found a similar issue (#746) in which use of the Developer Tools was detailed. This led me to discover one of the members in the source file had no creation timestamp. (We're asking IBM about that!)

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Can the error be shown in the Object Browser, in place of the absent member list? This would have greatly sped up my investigation of the issue, as the error explicitly stated a timestamp issue. A bonus would be some indication of the Developer Tools and Output panel (which was blank with Developer Tools off) as the next step of investigation.

**Describe alternatives you've considered**
There really is no current way to know how to find this stuff without either researching (closed) issues or just having come across this type of problem before.

**Additional context**
Before researching issues (and let me tell you that it's _very_ hard to make a targeted search for this issue, given the product's purpose!) I did all the usual authority checks, plus a few other "what's different between this one and that one?" checks. All of this would have been avoided if I'd known from the outset that there was a timestamp error.
