Same user used by the debugger

Save us time! Click 'Report an Issue' from the Help and Support panel inside of VS Code after you have connected to a system.

**Describe the bug**
I noticed that on a partition, when the debugger is used by multiple users, the first user is always used to run SBMJOB.

Los problemas en espanol estan bien.

**To Reproduce**
Start a debug session with two users; the second job will always start with the first user

**Expected behavior**
The job should start with the correct user, the one used to log in to VS Code.
