Display column text in query results

Would there be a way we could display the descriptive text of a column of a table in the query results? The first screenshot below is how this looks in ACS Run SQL Scripts with the text description showing up above the actual column name. If there is or could be a similar way to display that in the VS Code extension that would be super helpful. The second screenshot shows the schema setup with the text column values. The last screenshot is how I am currently seeing the query results displayed in VS Code.
