The idea is to create an app where people can report the itemized bill for a hospital ER visit.
Goals and criteria for this project
- Hospitals transparency aggregating cost.
- News reporting
- Report costs on individuals visiting
- It would be anonymous
- One of the goals would be report accuracy
- It could save lives and money

> a woman visits an ER, she's giving a ice pack and finds herself with a $5000 bill
