Volunteer Portal

## What is the idea
A “Volunteer Portal” for activist engagement and management
- Features might include:
- Basic user auth with two user-levels, public end-user (with FB and Google OAuth) and “back-end” admins, probably also validated with Google since we use G Suite for our user provisioning and email.
- A knowledge base for volunteers and activists who want to learn activist best-practices (I love that phrase) by learning how to do things The Humane League Way, with some simple CRUD functionality where an admin could create and update posts, tag them by category, etc.
- Grassroots office pages which members can join that might have a simple message board (or at least an area displaying recent messages from the office admin) as well as an events calendar of some sort that would also be managed by the admin.
