Wildlife Data Collection App

## What is the idea
Allow field biologist to enter data as they collect it in a mobile interface, store said data locally on the device, & export it to to .pdf forms required for government / scientific data submission.

## Why
Currently, the process for doing this involves carrying a lot of notebooks around & filling out forms on returning to a field office. Having a dedicated mobile application would ease the process for many & provide valuable time-savings.

## Additional Background Context
Ideally will have a working iOS application for product feedback & iteration by the end of the year.
