## Why
Our projects would benefit from a common set of files (see https://github.com/codefordenver/org/issues/14), and waffle board with pre-populated cards (a la waffle.io's hackshop).
## Idea
Investigate forking [waffleio/hackshop](https://github.com/waffleio/hackshop) to create a simple tool for bootstrapping a new project repo with template files and pre-populated waffle cards.
