Musician Provide Feedback on Hosted Event

As a Musician, I need to provide feedback on a scheduled event that has happened, so the Playing by Heart team can get ideas on improving the system.

As the Playing By Heart product owner, I need to track hosted events because this is a KPI will use to make sure more events actually happen. I also want more opportunities for getting feedback on how to improve the product.
