API documentation should dynamically enter the root URL

Documentation like https://apidocs.getcomrad.org/#retrieve-the-current-show shows the API URL when testing locally, but isn't clear about what the API URL is in production environments. Add examples that show https://comrad.kgnu.org/api/ as the production API path.
