Requirements investigation: How to set up hosts as regularly repeating?

If you wanted, for example, every Morning Sound Alternative on the 5th Friday to have a certain host, how would you do that? Can repeat rules be applied to just hosts? What would the UX look like?

If there's not a clean way to do this, it's possible by just setting up several different master events with the same event name.
