Bug: RuntimeError on datepicker when going back to background info screen

I open the app and open the input earnings tab. Then I pick an answer to "Do you have a MySocialSecurity account?" If I go back to the background info tab to change my date of birth, the datepickers are replaced with runtime errors.

Reproduce the flow from the input earnings tab: answer the MySocialSecurity account question, return to the background info tab, and change the date of birth. Start by inspecting the datepicker rendering and the runtime error shown in the screenshot. Done means both datepickers render normally and remain usable after navigating back.
