Description
Allow users to adopt things:
- hydrants
- drains
- streets
Once a user adopts a 'thing,' then can get reminders - for example, to shovel out a hydrant if it snows, or clear drains in the fall when leaves are falling.
It would probably have to be its own menu item rather than a choice under plog...
