Interacting with icons of [unsaved] service providers when Saved list is open causes null is not an object

With nothing on the Saved list, clicking on service provider icons causes a null is not an object error

Start by reproducing the error with an empty Saved list, clicking service provider icons as shown in the linked video. Trace the Saved-list and provider-icon interaction to identify the null access; done means those clicks no longer produce the error and the provider interaction still works.
