Description
Make it possible to distinguish between different BPDA boundaries, keeping "Greater Mattapan Zoning Boundary" the same, make "BPDA Planning District Boundary" a medium blue color, and make "BPDA Unofficial Neighborhood Boundary" the lightest blue. Ensure that they are layered such that the lighter blue boundaries sit on top of the Greater Mattapan Zoning Boundary.
