Meet page: implement way to pause/stop video

Currently, clicking on a video automatically plays video. Clicking on current video playing does nothing.

Can we pause the video via controls on the video? Would it also be possible to unclick a video and stop it by click elsewhere on the screen that's not another video to stop the current video playing?

Start at the Meet page entry point and trace the existing video click behavior. Run the application to verify how videos currently play, then implement and verify pause controls and stopping playback when clicking elsewhere on the page.
